Ajiri Ojadi, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Practical, thoughtful psychiatric care centered around understanding what you’re experiencing—and finding a treatment plan that works for you.
Ajiri provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related symptoms, mood disorders, and sleep concerns. She brings both psychiatric and medical experience to her work, allowing her to consider symptoms from a broader clinical perspective while helping patients make informed decisions about their mental health care.
About Ajiri
Ajiri Ojadi is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than five years of advanced clinical experience. Her background includes psychiatric care, high-volume urgent care, and surgical nursing, giving her experience working with patients across a wide range of medical and behavioral health needs.
Her psychiatric training has included comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, behavioral health assessment, crisis evaluation, and treatment of both common and complex mental health conditions.
Ajiri values clear communication and wants patients to feel comfortable discussing what is working, what is not, and what concerns they may have about treatment. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she considers each patient's symptoms, history, priorities, and day-to-day life when developing a plan for care.

My Approach to Care
Ajiri's approach is thoughtful, practical, and grounded in evidence-based psychiatric care. She begins by developing a clear understanding of your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current challenges, and treatment goals before discussing recommendations.
When medication is appropriate, Ajiri emphasizes education and shared decision-making. She wants patients to understand what a medication is intended to treat, potential benefits and side effects, available alternatives, and what will be monitored along the way.
Her goal is not simply to treat symptoms, but to help patients find a treatment plan that supports greater stability, functioning, and quality of life.
