Taj Maddox, APC

Individual & Couples Therapist

Helping adults move from overwhelmed and overextended to more grounded, confident, and connected.

Taj works with adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. She provides a warm and supportive space for clients navigating anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, boundaries, relationships, grief, self-worth, and life transitions.

About Taj

Taj believes therapy should be a place where you can be honest without feeling like you have to perform, have all the answers, or explain away what you're feeling.

Her style is warm, direct, collaborative, and practical. She meets clients where they are while helping them take an honest look at patterns, beliefs, relationships, and circumstances that may be keeping them feeling stuck.

Taj especially enjoys working with people who spend so much time showing up for everyone else that they've lost sight of themselves. Therapy isn't just about getting through life—it's about developing the insight, skills, confidence, and boundaries needed to build a life that feels more like your own.
